Services/Benefits Caribbean People Masses Unity Committee (CPMUC) As an International Caribbean organization that is composed of Caribbean region citizens both in the Caribbean countries and Diasporas (Caribbean Nationals and their families). Our two major tasks ahead are: 1. Being the driving force to unite the Caribbean region and creating the largest Caribbean organization representing the Caribbean populist around the world. 2. CPMUC will focus on representing a united Caribbean populist around the world including businesses, non-governmental, political and government organizations by carrying out the public movement through dialogue and by mobilizing the Caribbean populist around the world; to be the deciding force to uniting the Dutch, French, Spanish and English speaking Caribbean countries together to form One-Nation, a One-Caribbean Country.
The Caribbean populist must now give directions to our Caribbean governments. We have not done so, since independence when we gave them the right to pullout of the West Indian Federation in of ten countries in 1962. We must now give them the right to unite us again and this time involving the union of the Dutch, French and Spanish speaking countries. This my brothers and sisters is the main reason the Caribbean has not been united already “A clear direction by the people” CPMUC is ensuring a-united Caribbean populists around the world are the decision makers; the powers are in the hands of the Caribbean populist for the betterment of the current and future of the Caribbean region. The goal of a One-Caribbean Country under a Regional-Caribbean Federal Government structure is where there are immediately;
CPMUC aims to represent the Caribbean citizens and their families across the world. Our service scope is regional Caribbean and Diasporas. The tasks, dreams, aspirations have been difficult over the many years due to separation from each other as Caribbean pupil. However, through CPMUC as a united Caribbean populist, who can stop our progress? A quote from the Prime Minister of Grenada Keith Mitchell on Thursday September 23, 2004 on BBC Caribbean Radio News: ”Prime Minister Keith Mitchell told BBC Caribbean Radio that the cooperation among the region's leaders in helping Grenada in the aftermath of Ivan illustrates what could be done if the Caribbean was more united. These little islands existing all over the place trying to run independent institutions by themselves will not work, and Ivan might be trying to tell us it is time to recognize that we need to go further than what we have with the West Indies cricket team, the University of the West Indies, CDERA and other organizations that have been operating in a limited capacity and to go further and deeper into economic and political union. So if Ivan has sent a good message from that standpoint and it has got us to get up and move forward in that direction, maybe there's a good thing coming out of what Ivan has done to us," Prime Minister Mitchell said. |
