ABOUT CPMUC & CARICOM
Founder and President
CPMUC was founded by Mr. Howard Foster (President) and was registered in October of 2004, after a two-year period of planning and strategizing by Mr. Howard Foster, President and Founder. Mr. Foster is a descendent of the Caricom State of Jamaica, he was born in the Parish of Kingston and raised in the Garden Parish of St. Ann, Jamaica. He migrated to Canada where he has spent the last 15 years, and now holds the position of a research analysis for Canada’s largest energy and service company. His vision for CPMUC is to act as an Ambassador, a catalyst to unite and represent the Caribbean and Diasporas.
