Presidents and Founder of CPMUC Message

Mr. Howard Foster; President & Founder

CPMUC is created under the vision and direction of the President & Founder Mr. Howard Foster a citizen of St. Ann, Jamaica. Mr. Foster vision is to facilitate Jamaica and the wider Caribbean to unite its families for the betterment of the wider Caribbean. Mr. Foster, believes new Leadership is required in the Caribbean because the Caribbean continues to keep its self away from its family unit and depends on outside non-concern institutions to continue build its segregation of the Caribbean families and then out leaders believe its for the betterment of the Caribbean. “I have yet to understand reasons why the Caribbean continues to fight Independence of each other instead of uniting and fight for independence from Colonial masters. We need leaders, which our children and ourselves can lookup to. Without leadership there is now vision, hence, Jamaica, Haiti and the wider Caribbean are today in the position it is. One-Caribbean country allow for families to purchase more than one house and property in the Caribbean and allow farmers to own more that one farmland in one area within the Caribbean so that when one country may go through natural disasters such as hurricanes they can still produced food somewhere else in the Caribbean where it is not affected by hurricane, and Share resources of each country as one-country that will benefit the common man.

There are detractors who may say that “we are different people” well so are Jamaicans inside of Jamaica, so are Guyanese inside of Guyana, so are Belizeans inside of Belize, so are Trinidad & Tobageans inside Trinidad & Tobago, so are Bermudans inside Bermuda, so are Caymaneans inside Cayman, so are the Dutch and French Antilleans inside the Dutch and French Antilles and same goes for all the Caribbean countries”

This however, does not mean the Caribbean cannot unite for the betterment of the wider Caribbean. Europe Union is the most diverse and difficult society with a population of 800 million but they have form a political and economical union and here we are still begging for some preferential treatment because we want to ensure we stay away from our families, the wider Caribbean.

Hence, CPMUC was created to facilitate this goal. We do not have to Waite 2 or three years to unite the Caribbean. This can be done in months for most of the Caribbean. Because Caricom single-market and economy; is in effect December 2004.

The current leaderships of the wider Caribbean has been and is still blind, therefore, your leaders such as myself and the wider Caribbean has to make a difference to stop the bleeding, begging, poverty and migration by pulling the Caribbean families together. Young people has to move the Caribbean from where it is today, because the fact of the matter is that the Caribbean has wealth but it has to pool its wealth together for the current and future generations. It’s our mandate to ensure the Caribbean populist in the Caribbean and Diasporas is represented in the Caribbean.

The Caribbean leaders will not spend the money and will not be the one to bring Caribbean unity to the populist, no matter how much support they have for the Caribbean to unite. Because of the wider Caribbean leaders hunger for power and corruption, which they know would disappear if the Caribbean unite. Therefore, we the electorates, the citizens must change the coarse of waiting for Governments to do something. We must take the lead to direct while they follow.

Its is my personal mandate to lead this organization to fight for union of the Caribbean, gain membership of every Caribbean citizens including the extremely poor and wealthy, facilitate ownership of and development of infrastructures in the wider Caribbean.
